Website provision and hosting The website is hosted by ALL-INKL. When a page is requested, the web server processes technically necessary connection and request data, in particular the IP address, time and destination of the request, amount of data transferred, status code, browser identifier and a referrer if the browser sends one. The purpose is to deliver the website and maintain its stability and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. The hosting provider may receive this data. The website itself does not create server log files; the scope and duration of any logs are determined by the hosting configuration. 3. Language setting If you select German, English or Greek using the language switcher, the website sets the “neiron_lang” cookie. It stores only the selected language code for one year and applies to the entire website. The cookie is protected with Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. Its sole purpose is to retain the language you expressly selected for later page views. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; access is necessary to provide the language setting requested by the user under section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG. The website uses no other cookies, Local Storage, Session Storage, IndexedDB or comparable browser storage. 4. Contact form and contact by email The contact form collects name, email address and message as required fields. The information is sent by email to info@neiron.de so that we can process and answer the inquiry. The website does not store form data in a database or file. A copy may be stored in the receiving mailbox and the mail systems technically involved. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where pre-contractual steps are concerned, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our interest in handling inquiries. Correspondence is deleted when it is no longer needed to handle the matter and no statutory retention duty or legitimate interest in legal defence prevents deletion. The form uses an invisible honeypot field to detect automated spam. It does not use an external CAPTCHA, tracking service or marketing opt-in. The same purposes, legal bases and retention criteria apply to direct emails. 5. Local fonts and external services Space Grotesk is served locally by this website. Loading a page therefore does not connect to an external font provider. The website uses no analytics or tracking services, social-media embeds, maps, videos, external scripts or external images. 6. Link to the Apple App Store The FileMove page contains a standard link to the Apple App Store. Merely visiting our website does not transfer data to Apple. Only when you select the link does your browser open Apple's website; Apple then processes the connection data required for that request. The link suppresses transmission of the referrer. Apple is responsible for subsequent processing. 7. Data subject rights Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can contact info@neiron.de to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority in North Rhine-Westphalia is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia. 8. Security The website is intended to use encrypted HTTPS transmission. Whether HTTPS is enforced on the published hosting is determined by the server configuration.
